What we run
- Private celebrations
- Birthdays, anniversaries, farewells, Christmas parties. Karaoke, quiz, party music, or a mix across the night.
- Company events
- Team days, end-of-year functions, product launches. Speeches that are heard, music that is right, and your slides on the venue's screen between.
- Community and club days
- School galas, sports days, church and cultural festivals, market days. Announcements, background music, a stage mic for performers.
- Ceremonies
- Microphones and music for an outdoor ceremony, two hours, from $350.
Off-grid
Our sound and lighting run from our own 4 kW inverter generator for a full evening. Beaches, parks, farms, backyards, boat ramps. We handle cables, covers and safety.
Permits, in plain words
Any event with amplified sound on Auckland Council land (beaches, parks, reserves) needs a council event permit, even a private one. Processing takes a minimum of six weeks and a fee of a few hundred dollars applies. We can prepare and lodge it for you, or you lodge it as the organiser; either way, book at least eight weeks ahead for a council site. Private land and indoor venues need no permit. Short pop-up performances run under a busking licence; events with tickets, advertising or council power need an event permit.
Prices
Operator-run events from $600 for four hours. Off-grid power add-on from $150. Permit preparation from $150 plus council fees.
