Terms
- AIM Sound & Events is a trading name of AIM Dev Ltd, Auckland, New Zealand.
- We do not sell or supply music. Our karaoke nights run on AIM Karaoke, software we build; it contains no music.
- Public performance of music is licensed through OneMusic NZ by the venue or the event organiser, never by us; home celebrations are exempt and council land is covered by the council. Each quote states who holds it.
- Events on Auckland Council land require an event permit obtained by the organiser; we can prepare it on your behalf.
- Prices include GST. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
Bookings
- Travel
- Included within 25 km of Browns Bay; $1.50 per km beyond, each way.
- Deposit
- 30% on booking for private events. Venues are invoiced after each night.
- Cancellation
- Full refund 14 days out; the deposit is kept inside 14 days. A weather date swap is free for outdoor events.
- Extra time
- $100 per extra hour, operator and equipment, on any package.
Your details
The booking form sends us what you type so we can reply with a quote. We keep it for that purpose, do not pass it to anyone else, and delete it on request. The site sets no cookies and counts page views without identifying anyone.
